| 摘 要： | 随着世界经济的快速发展和现代科学技术的进步，物流产业的发展程度已成为衡量一国现代化程度和综合国力的重要标志，供应链管理亦成为21世纪企业管理的趋势，本文简要阐述了物流与供应链管理的概念、特点、发展趋势等，并就中国如何实行供应链管理及加入WTO后企业所面临的压力提出建议与对策。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the global economy and the advance of modern science and technology, the stage of the circulation industry development serves as an index for the evaluation of a countrys modernization degree and comprehensive power of the country. Similarly, the management of supply-chain points to the tendency of business management of the 21st century. The present paper presents some basic concepts, characteristics and development trends of the management of circulation and supply-chain. In addition, ideas and strategies are suggested concerned with Chinas management of supply-chain and the pressures on businesses with the entry into WTO. |
