医学生西部就业意愿现状分析

近几年大学的扩招以及医疗行业对高学历人才需求增加，使医学毕业生的就业方向发生了一定的变化，加之西部就业已成为社会热点话题，由此引伸出医学毕业生西部就业现状的分析，提出要加大对国家西部计划的宣传力度，支持和鼓励有志青年积极投身西部建设。

Analysis on Medical Students' Inclination to Work in the Western Areas of China

The medical graduates＇ employment direction has certain changed in recent years caused by universities＇ increased enrollment as well as the increased demands to talented person with high academic qualifications in medical profession. At the same time, getting employed in western area has become the socially hot topic. In the view of the above situation, we analyze the present situation of the medical graduates＇ attitudes towards to getting employed in western area, and then put up some proposals to help medical graduates having the aspiration to achieve their goals.
