美国新保守派的崛起

国内外学术界就美国新保守派外交思想的内容及其对当代美国外交的影响进行了广泛探讨，对新保守派崛起时的思想与主张却鲜有关注。新保守派崛起于20世纪60年代末70年代初，是美国社会60、70年代动荡局势的产物。他们针对60年代后期到70年代美国的国际国内局势形成了独到的思想与主张。新保守派的崛起一方面是对自由主义的内省．它提出的现实可行的国内政策确实有不可估量的意义。但是，其在外交领域极为简单化的、带有道德绝对主义的意识形态的攻击和鼓吹是极为偏执和短见的。

ON THE RISING OF THE AMERICAN NEOCONSERVATIVES

Academics at home and abroad made an extensive discussion on the diplomatic thoughts of neoconservatives and its influence on American diplomacy, but seldom concern about the thoughts and viewpoints when neoeonservatives rise. American neoconservatives rose in response to the social and political difficulties of the U.S.A. in the 60s and 70s of the 20th century. In the early period, neoconservatives enjoyed enormous caoabilitv in the fields of news media and education. They have exerted little influence on the political arena. Neoconservatives＇ thoughts on internal policies are enlightening, while their ideas on foreign policy are very much absolute and shortsighted.
