| 摘 要： | 在法律下乡的社会大背景下,离婚自由并没有成为乡村社会婚姻场域内行动者自觉的实践。很多时候,人们的行为取向还是不确定的,因为仅仅依据法律还不能够为乡村婚姻带来良好的秩序,传统婚姻习俗的"地方性知识"仍然在很大程度上主导着村民在婚姻场域内的行为逻辑。
