| 摘 要： | 合同盖章是合同当事人经过协商,在确定权利义务内容的合同书上加盖印章的行为。合同盖章与否不仅影响合同成立,也将直接影响合同的效力。合同盖上自然人名章或法人公章就具有法律效力,合同盖章的主体不同合同盖章的效力也有所不同,合同盖章的复杂性决定了合同效力的复杂性。

| Abstract: | To imprint contracts is an action made by parties who imprint on contracts to fix mutual obligations and rights.To imprint or not leads to whether the contracts are made and is directly related to their potency.Contracts are invalid without the signatures of the individuals or the legal bodies' official seals.Subjects imprinting contracts are different and so is the potency of imprinted contracts.The complicacy of imprinting determines the intricate potency of contracts. |
