科学发展观视域下的中国人口问题

新时期，我国的人口问题呈现出复杂化的趋势。人口多而人才少、数量大而质量低的人口现状与社会发展需要之间的矛盾日益尖锐。解决这些矛盾，必须以科学发展观为指导，坚持以人为本的理念，优先发展教育事业，还要深化对计划生育政策的理解，并认真贯彻落实。

Chinese population problem presents the tendency of complication in the new era： larger population while fewer talents and lower quality. The contradiction between the present population situation and the requirements of the scientific outlook of development is increasingly acute. In order to resolve these contradictions, we must consider the scientific outlook on development as guidance, adhere to the concept of humanist, give priority to the education development, and deepen our understanding of family planning policy and implement them too.
