留学贷款与留法勤工俭学运动

滥觞于留法勤工俭学运动并贯穿于运动始终的留学贷款 ,与地方政府津贴一起构成了学生的外部经济来源 ,不仅解决了学生赴法川资不足的瓶颈问题 ,还是造成四川、湖南赴法人数众多的重要原因 ,在推动运动迅速平稳发展、维持在法学生生活学业及培养科学人才等方面发挥了重要作用 ,而且是中国传统助学方式的变种和民国助学贷款的筚路先锋。但是 ,该时期的学生贷款也存在贷款规定不合理、筹集困难、发放与管理混乱等问题 ,给运动带来不利影响。

Educational Loan and Work-study Movement

Educational loan, which is initiated during work-study program for Chinese overseas students in France and run through the whole work-study movement, becomes the students' extra financial resource which results in enabling a lot of students in Sichuan and Hunan province to go to France to study. At the same time, it plays an important role in supporting their living and study and in training scientific personnel. However, it also has such disadvantages as the unreasonable regulations, difficulties to raise loans and disorder in distributing and managing loans, which has negative influences on the movement itself.
