摘    要:从制造业行业层面入手,文章分析了FDI对其国际技术溢出效应的影响因素。在考虑行业内技术差异的基础上将制造业行业分为劳动密集型、资本密集型和技术密集型三类,分别对不同类型行业的影响因素进行面板数据的回归分析,结果表明人力资本对劳动密集型行业的技术溢出影响最大,行业竞争度是资本密集型行业的首要影响因素,而市场开放度和人力资本状况阻碍了我国制造业技术密集型行业的技术溢出。根据计量结果笔者认为,要根据行业内影响因素的差异性有针对性地制定促进FDI对制造业各行业技术溢出效应的政策建议。

Abstract:From the level of manufacturing industry, this article analyzes the influence factors of the international technology spillover effect through FDI channel. On account of the differences of technology , manufacturing industry will be divided into three classes of labor - intensive, capital - intensive and technology - intensive, the paper respectively analyzes the influence factors of the each type of industries by panel data regression analysis , the results show that the human capital has the largest technology spillover effect to labor intensive industry , the degree of competition in the industry is the primary influence factors of capital - intensive industries and market openness and human capital situation hindered the technology spillover of technology intensive manufacturing industry in our country. According to the result of measuring , the author thinks that policy recommendation for promoting FDI technology spillover should be provided for difference types of industries targetly.
