| 摘 要： | 农业问题、农民问题和农村问题始终是决定我国经济发展和社会稳定的根本问题.我们党和政府历来都非常重视"三农"问题.按照今年中央1号文件的要求,要在继续实施"农民增收"政策的同时,着力提高农业综合生产能力.这是我国现阶段解决"三农"问题的又一战略举措.

| Abstract: | It is always the fundamental question about agriculture,farmers and countryside,which is so important to our national economic development and social stability. Our party and government has been putting a high value on it. According to the first document this year,while going on carrying out the policy of increasing the farmers' income,we shall make great efforts to improve the integrated agricultural productivity.In our current stage,this is another strategic act,which can solve the question about "agriculture,farmers and countryside". |
