| 摘 要： | 入世后 ,激励经济市场化进程对政府的挑战和影响是深刻的、全方位的 ,它是对我国现有政府行为的传统性、保守性、非科学性的一次史无前例的挑战。对政府职能、管理模式、执政理念的准确定位是经济市场化生存的外力需要 ,因而推进政府的变革是历史的必然。

| Abstract: | After China entered the WTO, the sharp evolution of marketing economy will bring deep and comprehensive challenge to and influence on our government. It is an unprecedented challenge against the government's current behaviors of conventionality, conservatism and unscientificalness. As for the existence of market economy, the accurate location of the government's function, the management pattern and the ruling theory is its external demand.Promotion of the government's reform is the necessity of the history. |
