| 摘 要： | 世界政治格局多极化的形成具有诸多方面的原因；两极格局的终结，苏联的解体，美国的相对衰落使多极化迅猛发展，二十世纪九十年代大国关系调整是多极化的重要步骤；经济全球化和科技革命的新发展，使新兴强国不断出现，如何重新分配国际利益成为困扰多极格局的关键问题；多极格局并不稳定，多极化的过程充满斗争，只有建立合理的新秩序，才能确保世界和平。

| Abstract: | The forming cause of the political multi facet trend of the world has the different aspects.The end of the two extremity structure,Soviet's disintegration,along with the comparative decline of the US render the quick and powerful development of the multi facet trend.Adjusting relations among the powers in the 1990s is a momentous step of this trend.New development of the economic globalization and technology revolution make the advent of newly thriving powers inevitable,and how to redistribute the national interest appear to be an important problem for the multi facet structure.This structure is not peaceful and steady,nor is the process without struggles.Only with the new order of the world can we ensure the world peace. |
