| 摘 要： | 在创业投资中,人力资本对创业企业成长的贡献越来越大,同时,人力资本管理激励成为控制创业企业投资风险的主要手段。文章从采用特殊的投资工具和投资方式、股权性报酬机制、控制权配置、企业治理结构等方面探讨了创业投资中的人力资本管理激励。

| Abstract: | The contribution of human capital on venture enterprise is more and more great,as the same time, human capital management incentive becomes main manner to control investment risk. From perspectives of adopting special investment tool and mode,stock rights compensation mechanism,allocation of control rights,governing organization, the article makes a study of human capital management incentive mechanism of venture capital. |
