A Stylistic Analysis of “Blood,Sweat and Tears” Delivered by Winston Churchill

As we all know, public speaking is a very important style. Based on stylistics, this thesis will analyze stylistic characteristics in "Blood, Sweat and Tears" from two aspects: lexical features and syntactic features. Through analyzing the stylistic characteristics, we can have a better understanding of public speaking and it is useful for us to appreciate public speeches, and to give a public speech.
