| 摘 要： | 被征地农民是我国城市化和工业化过程中必然出现的一类特殊人群。随着被征农民的不断增加,为被征地农民建立合适的社会养老保险制度显得尤为重要。针对目前我国被征地农民社会养老保险制度的四种主要模式,笔者从制度设计的价值理念、制度的运行效果、制度的适应性、制度的可持续性等四个方面进行了详细的比较和评估。

| Abstract: | The land requisitioned farmers is a new class of special populations in the process of urbanization and industrial-ization.With the growing of land requisitioned farmers,it is very important to establish an appropriate social endowment insur-ance system for them.There are four main system patterns in China at present,the author made a detailed comparison and e-valuation in four aspects,such as design values,operating effect,adaptability and sustainability. |
