磨盘草微量元素的次级形态分析

摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法研究了中草药磨盘草中8种微量元素(Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe.Mn、Cu、Ni、Cr)的次级形态.结果表明,通过阳离子交换树脂分离,8种元素成分主要以游离态形式存在,少量以非游离态存在;通过氯仿萃取,8种元素成分大多为元机结合态,少量为有机结合态;LSC-500螯合柱分离表明Ni、Zn的稳定态成分较多(88.89%,61.79%),而其他元素是不稳定态成分较多.

Abstract:The second speciation of eight trace elements(Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu,Ni,Cr) in Abutilon indicum(L.) Sweet were studied by ICP-MS.The results showed that eight trace elements exist mainly in free ions forms and a few in non-free ions forms after the separation of cation exchange resin;Eight trace elements exist mostly in inorganic forms and a few in organic forms after extraction of CHCl3;After the separation of LSC-500 Chelating resin,the contents of Ni and Zn in stable form are higher(88.89%,61.79%),but the con...
