公寓化条件下学生教育管理工作探讨

The discussion of students education management work under the condition of apartment house

The paper analyzes and disserts the students education management from three aspects under the condition of apartment houses. Firstly it discusses the change of work environment,object, concept in term of boarding house;secondly,it thinks about the students management work. It puts forward that students can inhabit apartment houses,but their ideological education cannot be socialized. The school should make great effort to improve the students' self-discipline.
