我国政府管理创新的三大基础问题

当前我国政府管理面临着多方面的创新,如制度创新、体制创新、机制创新等,然而,要推进政府管理创新则是一个长期持续的系统工程,必须以宏观的视角和战略的眼光看待和审视政府管理创新问题。推进我国政府管理创新必须首先解决好政府管理创新的前提和保障问题、政府管理创新的模式选择问题以及政府管理创新的职能选择问题三个基础问题。

Analysis on the Three Basic Issues of Our Government Management Innovation

Due to the demands of market economy and political democratic reform which need more innovation in our government management ,such as institution innovation ,structure innovation ,mechanism innovation ,ect ,we must boost our government management innovation and take it as a long term systematical project ,with a political ,macroscopical and strategic vision .So this paper points out that in order to boost our government management innovation we must solve three basic issues firstly ,that is, the precondition ,safeguard , model and function-choosing of it.
