单层门式钢架结构工业厂房设计参数对造价的影响研究

设计是处理工程技术与经济关系的关键环节,是确定与控制工程造价的重点。以某单层门式钢架工业厂房为对象,选择建筑高度,柱距,跨度3个设计参数,研究其对厂房造价的影响方向、幅度和优先级。结果表明,选择较低层高,大柱距和大跨度会使得单层厂房造价相对经济。设计阶段需要权衡各个建筑设计参数,选择合适的取值,注意跨度临界点,利用结构运算找到合理匹配关系。此研究对提高单层钢架结构工业厂房的经济性,使其达到生产工艺、结构和经济方面综合最优提供借鉴。

Influence of Design Parameters of Industrial Building with Single-story Portal Steel Frame Structure on Cost

Design is a key link between engineering technology and economy,and a key stage in determining and controlling project cost.This paper,by taking a single-story steel frame industrial plant as its subject,selects three design parameters of building height,column spacing and span to study the direction,magnitude and priority of the impact on the plant cost.The study shows that choosing lower floor height,large column spacing and large span will relatively reduce the cost of a single storey building.Besides,in the design stage,each design parameter should be weighed,the appropriate value should be selected,the critical point of span should be paid attention to,and the reasonable matching relationship should be found by structural operation.It provides certain reference for designers to improve the economy of single-story steel structure industrial plants so as to achieve comprehensive optimization of production process,structure and economy.
