高校办学特色的内涵与评估指标体系的构建

摘    要:在普通高校本科教学工作水平评估中,由于办学特色项目缺乏具体的评估指标,致使评估者无明确的评估标准可依,被评学校又难以确定今后特色建设的方向,从而影响了高校办学特色的评估与建设效益。文章在澄清高校办学特色内涵的基础上,提出了办学特色的评估指标体系,旨在为高校办学特色的评估与建设提供参考。

Abstract:For the reason that no specific criteria are available for the assessment of the characteristics of a university's operation, assessors usually have nothing for reference. Consequently, the institution being assessed finds it difficult to identify its development direction, which in turn often affects the assessment efficacy. Based on the clarification of the intension of the characteristics of a university' s operation, this paper proposed an assessment system as the reference for the assessment work.
