| Abstract: | Under present new situation,forthe sake of keeping on the advanced character of the Party,it is required to depend on the working class wholeheartedly;to comprehend correctly the standard to recruit new members into the Party,and to clarify confused ideas;to strengthen the class basis of the Party and expand the mass basis of the Party continuously; to do the works of organizational development and ideological education best;and to put into practice the"three representars"in practical work of strengthening the Party conscientiously. |
