参与式技术发展中农民间的合作

技术转移、人力资本开发、社会资本培育和改善自然资源的持续管理水平，是农业技术推广的主要目标。参与式技术发展遵循“过程论”思想，从研究问题的选择到技术方案的实施，均为实现农业科技成果本地化及农民自身与环境的对接，利益相关群体的共同参与为其主要方式。以农民与科研人员合作引进、开发适宜性技术为案例，采用文字表述和数据分析相结合的方法，多方面分析参与式技术发展中的农民合作意愿与行为，从不同角度探讨农民间的合作对农业技术发展的作用。结果表明：参与式技术发展为农民提供了相互间交流与沟通的平台，提高了农民参与技术发展的热情，加强了相互间交流的频率，增进了农民的相互间合作意愿；农民间的合作促进了技术信息在农民间的流动，提高了技术传播效率，增强了农民对新技术的需求，农民的人力资本得到开发、社会资本得到加强。

Cooperation Among Farmers During the Process of Participatory Technology Development

The main objectives of agricultural technology extension are focused on four aspects, including tech- nology transfer, human capital development, building social capital and educating farmers to manage natural re- courses sustainably. From defining research questions to implementing agricultural technology projects, the whole process of participatory technology development follows the thoughts of ＂process controlling＂ to achieve the objec- tives of localizing agricultural technique achievements and adapting to the real situation of farmers. A case study is conducted with the cooperation between researchers and farmers in introducing and improving agricultural technolo- gy as an example, to analyze farmers＇ willingness and behavior in participatory technology development and the effect of cooperation among farmers on agricultural technology development. The results show that participatory technology development provides a platform for farmers to exchange ideas and information and enhances their will- ingness to participate in mutual cooperation, while cooperation among them improves the efficiency of agricultural technology diffusion and stimulate farmers＇ needs for new technology, thus helping develop human capital strengthen social capital.
