| 摘 要： | 对人性的探索始终是美国作家威廉.福克纳在文学创作中执着追求的主题,这在短篇小说《干旱的九月》中得到淋漓尽致的体现。福克纳从无意识的混乱与盲目以及社会风气的每况愈下两个方面入手,解读导致女主人公米尼.库柏人性扭曲的外因和内因。

| Abstract: | William Faulkner,famous American writer,strived perseveringly for the study of humanity in his creation of literature,which is clearly shown in the short novel The Dry September.This paper,from the perspectives of two ways,the confusion and blindness of unconsciousness and the external cause,analyses the decadence and degeneration of social mood influence of living environment,and dissects the inner cause and the outer cause of the heroine in the novel： Minnie Cooper＇s distorted humanity. |
