改土归流后土家族婚俗中的宗法性因素

改土归流前,土家族的婚姻较为自由。改土归流后,土家族的婚俗失去了许多原有的民族特色,与汉族的婚俗趋于同化,封建伦理道德的烙印十分明显,在婚姻缔结原则、婚姻形态和婚姻缔结程序中都具有强烈的宗法性。土家族婚俗中的宗法性因素至今仍有其残余形态,对此应加以改造利用,以利于土家族社会的发展。
