| Abstract: | According to the existing researches and surveys to related businesses in Jincheng area,this paper extracts the definition of the informal organization;it analyses the effect that the informal organizations cause to the employee drains in a business from two aspects and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures concerning how to manage the informal organizations according to the effect. |
