| 摘 要： | 本文从新形势下固定资产的来源特点出发,深入分析了当前高校固定资产管理的种种弊端及现实影响,在此基础上,把固定资产管理置于深化教育体制改革的时代背景下,并结合我国市场化进程,对管理的意识、制度、平台、队伍以及监督机制等五个方面进行了全面的探讨,力图构建起适应时代发展需要,为建设一批世界一流大学服务的新型管理模式。
