| 摘 要： | 财产权是现代政治和现代政治哲学的核心主题。关于财产权的争论贯穿了整个现代思想史,直至今日仍然是西方学界的热点。蒲鲁东对现代财产权合法性的三个最重要基础(先占权、劳动权和收益权)进行激烈批判,极大冲击了私有财产神圣不可侵犯的现代信条。马克思高度评价蒲鲁东这项工作,认为其具有划时代作用;同时指出蒲鲁东所代表的是一种小资产阶级社会主义立场,坚决予以抵制,而用联合起来的个人对全部生产力总和的占有来替代资产阶级财产关系。从当代视野比较马克思与蒲鲁东在政治立场和理论观点上的根本差异,对于深刻理解财产权问题的本质,并推进学界当前关于财富问题的讨论,具有重要意义。
