| 摘 要： | 知识管理是在知识经济的大背景下,以知识为对象、以前沿信息技术为依托的管理模式,它代表着21世纪人类信息管理的发展方向和最新成果。如何更好地引入和吸收已获得的知识、如何实现知识再造增值、如何完善自身知识管理模式与体系等问题,是高校院系办公室提升管理效率所必须重视的问题。
