| 摘 要： | 当前,独立学院公共体育课＂太极拳＂教学存在重形式轻内涵、教学方法僵化、教学形式单一等问题。为此,在教学中必须将技术动作与文化内涵的传播有机结合起来,注重对动作要领的详细讲解并做出规范的示范动作,同时对各种典型错误动作要加以纠正。要从调动学生的学习兴趣入手,采取多种教学形式,多说多做,变学生被动学习为主动学习。
