| 摘 要： | 自国家实施振兴东北地区老工业基地战略以来,东北地区经济社会发展明显加快,呈现出良好的发展态势。《东北地区振兴规化》的实施对今后一段时期推动东北地区体制机制创新,统筹配置东北地区的战略资源,协调解决跨行业、跨地区重大问题,加快东北全面振兴步伐,都具有重大的现实意义。
