| Abstract: | Since its foundation,China greatly promotes development of international law by actively developing diplomatic programs under the guidance of the diplomatic policy of maintaining independence and keeping the initiative.China has made the greatest contributions to the development of international law in respects of the basic principles of international law,the law of territory as well as peacefully settling down disputes among countries. |
