| Abstract: | This article, discussing in theory lay, at first it point out that human resources are most important society resources. The effective exploitation and scientific management of human resources are certain choice in the challenge of new information economy age. Second, it expatiates that we must build new concept, set new thought, adopt new measure in the exploitation and management of human resources during information economy age. |
