试论社会信用体系的建立

随着以市场经济为取向的改革的不断深入，我国社会信用体系发育程度低和普遍的信用缺失的问题凸显出来，成为制约经济健康发展和完善社会主义市场经济体制的突出问题，建立和完善社会信用体系建设成为深化经济体制改革的一项重要任务。分析了我国信用普遍缺失的化背景和制度根源，提出了健立社会信用体系的对策建议。

On the Construction of the Social Credit System

With the deepening of reform directing on market economy, the problems of undervelopment and lack of credit on the national social credit system start to protrude, which become projecting troubles restricting the healthy development of economy and perfect of socialistic system of market economy, therefore, construction and perfection on social credit system becomes an important task in the deepening of economic reform. The article analyses the cultural backgrounds and roots in system of the widespread lose of credit, and advances countemeasures of building social credit system.
