| 摘 要： | 大学英语基础阶段语音教学是非常关键的。要对学生进行英语素质教育，语音、听说教学必须加强。否则，要改变旧的教学模式极为困难，学生所学的也是“聋哑”英语。大学英语教师应该重视语音教学，提高学生的听说能力，才能使学生全面增强英语综合能力，提高英语整体水平。

| Abstract: | English phonology teaching is very important in the early stagesof college English teaching. In order to attain the goal of qualities education in English, English phonology and hearing-speaking teaching must be enhanced. Otherwise, it is very difficult to change the old teaching pattern and carry out the new one at the same time. English teachers in colleges & universities should lay much more emphasis on English phonology teaching to improve the students' hearing and speaking abilities. As a result, the English level of the students is sure to increase to a higher degree. |
