基于ANP-熵权法的大学生创新创业能力综合评价

为进一步对大学生创新创业能力进行量化分析,找出影响其创新创业能力的关键影响因素,进而制定相应的提升路径。基于文献研究,从创业意识、创新能力、创业能力3个一级指标层出发构建了包括20个二级指标的高校大学生创新创业能力综合评价指标体系。以安徽某高校为实证案例,采用德尔菲法和问卷调查获取原始数据的方式,综合使用ANP(网络层次分析法)和熵权法求解大学生的创新创业能力各评价指标的权重,根据量化权重结果比较分析找出影响大学生创新创业能力的关键指标,进而从加强大学自身创新创业实践能力,改善高校、社会、家庭等外部环境以及激发创业意识等方面提出了具体的对策和建议。

Comprehensive Evaluation of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Based on ANP-Entropy Weight Method

In order to further quantify the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of College students,find out the key factors affecting their innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and then formulate the corresponding promotion path,based on literature research,a comprehensive evaluation index system of College Students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability is constructed from three first-level indicators:entrepreneurship awareness,innovation ability and entrepreneurship ability,including 20 second-level indicators.A university in Anhui Province is selected as an example,using Delphi method and questionnaire survey to obtain the original data.Then ANP(Network Analytic Hierarchy Process)and Entropy Weight Method are used to solve the weights of each evaluation index of College Students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and the relevant factors affecting college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability are found out by comparing and analyzing the results of quantitative weights.Key indicators,and some specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of strengthening the university’s own innovation and entrepreneurship practice ability,improving the external environment of universities,society,families,stimulating entrepreneurship awareness and so on.
