The Construction Difficulties and Breakthrough Strategies of Modern Economic System in Northern Anhui

The construction of modern economic system is one of the key means to deal with the current economic development problems.This paper studies the construction of modern economic system in the north of Anhui Province by constructing the entropy coupling coordination degree model and the grey correlation degree model.The results show that the deficiencies in income distribution,environmental governance and business environment are the key factors restricting the construction of the modern economic system in Northern Anhui;the disadvantages in the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,ecological protection and open development have a significant impact on the construction of the modern economic system;The weak industrial innovation and the low proportion of tertiary industry also have certain influence on the construction of modern economic system.To build a modern economic system in Northern Anhui,the“124”breakthrough strategy can be implemented,that is,to adhere to the“1 main line”of supply side structural reform,grasp the“2 key points”of scientific and technological innovation and the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,and do well in the“4 strengthening”of organizational leadership,institutional supply,strategic guidance and environmental governance.
