| Abstract: | The target of talent cultivation in universities is always embodied in the training scheme. The training scheme of the major of Cultural Administration shall be set up according to the need of the regional economy and culture, to the university itself, to the social need, and to the students＇ interest. The purpose is to cultivate talents for the increasing cultural industries of our country and society in different fields, different directions, different kinds of job, and different positions. |
