民众党及台湾人民的鸦片反对运动

日据台湾时期总督府的鸦片政策,是日本殖民榨取台湾最显著的特点之一。而台湾人民自鸦片政策实施开始,就展开了大规模的反对运动。随着台湾民族民主运动性质的转变,出现了以民众党为中心,台湾各界的反对鸦片新吸食特许运动。此运动运用现代医学知识,并寻求国际联盟的支持,因此,对总督府鸦片政策的影响更加显著。

The People's Party and the anti-opium movement in Taiwan

The opium policy in Taiwan was the most significant characteristics during the colonial occupation of Japan.Ever since the implementation of the opium policy in Taiwan,the Taiwan people began to start a large-scale opposition movement.With the change of nature of democratic movement in Taiwan,People’s Party emerged as the center of Taiwan opposition,starting a new campaign,which began to use modern medical knowledge to seek the support of international leagues,therefore,exerting a more significant impact on the opium policy.
