摘    要:研究采用事件观察法,对10个教学班22名幼儿教师的非言语评价行为进行了观察,每名教师的观察时间不少于10小时。研究获得了如下发现:(1)教师的日常教学非言语评价行为贫乏而单调;(2)教师日常教学非言语评价行为明显倾向于"消极;"(3)教师日常教学非言语评价行为情感投入不足。

Abstract:By means of observation,the daily non-verbal appraisal behavior of 22 preschool teachers for 10 classes was observed and evaluated,the observation time per teacher was no less than 10 hours.The study obtained the following findings:(1) the daily non-verbal appraisal behavior is poor and monotonous;(2) the daily non-verbal appraisal behavior tends to be "negative";(3) the emotional investment of the non-verbal appraisal behavior is inadequate.
