| 摘 要： | 研究采用事件观察法,对10个教学班22名幼儿教师的非言语评价行为进行了观察,每名教师的观察时间不少于10小时。研究获得了如下发现：（1）教师的日常教学非言语评价行为贫乏而单调;（2）教师日常教学非言语评价行为明显倾向于＂消极;＂（3）教师日常教学非言语评价行为情感投入不足。 |

| Abstract: | By means of observation,the daily non-verbal appraisal behavior of 22 preschool teachers for 10 classes was observed and evaluated,the observation time per teacher was no less than 10 hours.The study obtained the following findings：（1） the daily non-verbal appraisal behavior is poor and monotonous;（2） the daily non-verbal appraisal behavior tends to be ＂negative＂;（3） the emotional investment of the non-verbal appraisal behavior is inadequate. |
