摘    要:利用根冠淀粉水解法测定老芒麦、披碱草、肥披碱草、加拿大披碱草、无芒雀麦的抗旱性及耐热性,结果表明:肥披碱草的根冠淀粉水解率明显小于其他品种。牧草在不同胁迫条件下根冠细胞中淀粉位的水解率与品种的抗旱性、耐热性关系极为密切,水解率低的抗旱性、耐热性要强,所以肥披碱草的抗旱性及耐热性比其他品种强。从平均水解率来看:肥披碱草0.53<披碱草0.61<老芒麦0.64<无芒雀麦0.74<加拿大披碱草0.78,所以五种牧草抗旱性及耐热性的强弱应为:肥披碱草>披碱草>老芒麦>无芒雀麦>加拿大披碱草。

Abstract:The drought resistance and heat resistance of Elymussibiricus L,E.dahuricus Turcz,E. excelsus Turcz,E.canadensis L.,Bromus inermis Leyss.were determined by using 11.A.Fepke K b's mathod of root cap starch hydrolysis.Result showed that ratio of root cap starch hydrolysis on E.excelsus was obviously low to other grass species.Hydrolysis rates of starch grains in theroot cap cells of grasses under different coercing conditions were closely related to the drought resistance and heat resistance of the grass species. The grasses of low hydrolysis rates have strongerdrought resistance and heat resistance,so that drought resistance and heat resistance of E.excelsuswere stranger than that of others.Analysis from averagehydrolysis ratios,E. excelsus (0' 53)< E.dahuricus (0. 60)< E.sibiricus(0.64)< Broinus inermis< (0. 74 ) < E. canadensis (0'.78 ).therefore, theinten sity of drought resistance and heat resistance of five grasses were:E. excelsus>E. dahuricus>E.sibiricus>B.inermis>E.canadensis.
