| 摘 要： | 国库集中支付制度是财政管理制度改革的一项重要内容。在高校实施国库集中支付制度，对加强高校财务管理发挥了积极的作用．同时也遇到一些实际困难和问题。本文论述了这项制度在高校具体实施过程中所引发的问题，并对此提出了对策。

| Abstract: | The Concentrated treasury payment system is an important part in the reform of financial management system. The implement of concentrated treasury payment system in college exerts a positive effect on strgenthening college financial management, however, some practical difficulties and problems emerge. The article not only deals with the problems triggered by the implement of the system in college, but also offers solutions. |
