| 摘 要： | 传统的工程项目管理组织模式在知识经济时代面临着挑战,建立一种新型工程项目管理组织模式以适应 知识经济的到来具有重要的现实意义。在分析了传统工程项目管理组织模式局限性的基础之上,提出应建立工程 项目管理知识联盟,以提高工程项目管理的专业化和市场化,并探讨了工程项目管理知识联盟的基本形式及构建 机制。

| Abstract: | Traditional organization mode of engineering project management are facing challenges. Therefore, it is very important to build up a new pattern of engineering project organization to adapt to knowledge-based economy. This paper analyzes the limitation of traditional engineering project management mode, and put forward that we should set up knowledge-linked agile virtual enterprise to improve the specialization level and adjust the structure of modern construction industry. The basic form and establishment mechanism of knowledge-linked agile virtual enterprise of engineering project management are also discussed. |
