The Folk Features of Social Functions before SARS

The incidents that happen accidentally are avoidable in present society, so emergency system must be established and researched. This thesis, on the basis of SARS in Beijing this spring, discusses the social functions that people should have and the potential power of fighting against SARS. The social ecology in the cities is put forward, because it also involves in the social functions.
