The Application of Psychology Training Method to the Amateur Athletes of Women's Pistol

The application of psychology training to the amateur shooting training based on the mentality consciousness breeding and thinking mode guidance,will do great help to improve the stable performance of the athletes during the competitions.To obtain a stabilized psychological quality,an athlete has to practice long-term systematic training starting from the stage of amateur training,which will surely bring better result.To achieve this goal,the coach has to carry out this psychological training to the every detail of the athletes including training and daily life.The coach has to find out the key point of psychological factors which might affect the performance of the athletes during the competitions for the sake of breaking through that weak point.The coach has to help the athletes build up a positive attitude to competitions and maintain the stability of the technique and psychology.The purpose of the psychological training is to educate the athletes self-adjustment of psychology,inspire the self-consciousness and independent thought of the athletes and improve the comprehensive competitive ability of the athletes.
