新贸易保护条件下辽宁新能源产业发展对策研究

新能源产业被认为是全球第三次工业革命的核心,各国都在大力推进新能源产业的发展。中国在新能源产业方面发展迅速,但同时也面临着严峻的挑战。自2011年起,欧美相继对中国太阳能光伏产品发起了4次“双反”调查,辽宁的太阳能产业受到了很大影响,新能源产业的整体发展也受到了很大冲击。辽宁需大力发展新能源产业,通过改进自身存在的不足推动产业健康发展,提高产业的国际竞争力,从而实现国际化发展。

Research on countermeasures of development of new energy industry in Liaoning Province under conditions of new trade protectionism

New energy industry is considered to be the core of the third industrial revolution around the world, and the development of new energy industry is promoted vigorously in different countries. New energy industry in China is also being developed rapidly, while facing severe challenges at the same time. Since 2011 , the “anti-dumping and anti-subsidy” surveys on Chinese solar photovoltaic products have been initiated for four times by Europe and USA one after another, which have influenced the solar energy industry in Liaoning Province severely, and impacted the overall development of new energy industry seriously. The new energy industry should be developed vigorously in Liaoning Province, the healthy development of industry should be promoted through improving the insufficiency of itself, and the international competitiveness of industry should be improved, in order to realize its internationalization development.
