| Abstract: | Judge's interpretation is one of the orders in litigation. There are a lot of values in the institution. Its establishment is beneficial to realize the substantive justice and social justice, realize procedural justice, raise the juridical efficiency, and can supply obvious limitations in the function of adversary system. So constructing the institution of judge' s interpretation is our inevitable choice. |
