国家、企业、公民:企业竞争力的道德机制

摘    要:企业竞争力代表着企业的实力,包含硬实力与软实力两个方面。经济与道德之间存在着天然的联系,企业作为经济实体,必然从市场自由平等原则出发,进行道德规范下的有序竞争。笔者从企业作为关系中的存在体为视角,探讨企业与企业、企业与社会、企业与国家和企业与员工共四种关系中蕴含四种道德化竞争机制即规范型竞争、战略型竞争、成本型竞争和差异型竞争。这对于企业有效应对危机,提升竞争力具有重要现实价值。
