| 摘 要： | 利用广东省3个地区的实地调查数据,对发达地区新农合制度公平性进行研究。结果表明,在健康公平性方面,参合组农民优于未参合组;在卫生服务利用公平性方面,未参合组农民优于参加组;在卫生筹资公平性方面,未参合组农民优于参加组。建议发达地区进一步强化政府的筹资主体地位,扩大新农合受益面,加大对贫困人口的扶持力度,变自愿参合为强制参合。

| Abstract: | The essay analyzes the Equity of new rural cooperative medical system in developed areas based on survey data.The result shows that,with respect to equity of health,the situation of participants of NCMC is better than that of non-participants of NCMC;with respect to equity of utilization and health financing,the situation of non-participants of NCMC is better than that of participants of NCMC.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis result,the essay put forward some suggestions on the equity of new rural ... |
