"全球化"已经成为当今世界面临的最大主题。全球化经济的强大已经增加了很多国家之间的不平等。面对全球化的挑战,应当准确把握第三次全球化给我们带来的福祉和隐患;揭示全球化过程中的资本和劳动、单一经济效率和多元政治与多元文化诉求的矛盾,深刻理解全球化给我们带来的"得"与"失";从全球视角中去寻找出一种协调机制,在享受全球化带给世界的巨大效率改进和财富增长的同时,通过政策选择,更有效地利用市场体制,进一步实现经济增长与社会发展的同步,更妥善地解决国与国之间和各国内部造成的不平等程度上升以及各种政治体制、文化模式的冲突和融合的问题,从而使所有国家特别是发展中国家能够更有效更和谐地参与到全球化的进程中去。
