| 摘 要： | 加强和改进高校党建工作应从四个方面入手:健全基层党组织,扩大党的工作覆盖面;加强党的队伍建设,充分发挥“四种作用”;完善制度建设,推进党建工作科学化、规范化、制度化;重视校园文化建设,不断提高学校党建工作的整体水平。

| Abstract: | In order to strengthen and improve the work of Party Building in the institutions of higher learning,the following work must be done:the establishment of Party organizations at the primary level to enlarge range of the Party work;the rank construction of the Party to bring the four kinds of functions into full play;system construction to make the work of Party Building scientific,standardized and systematic;the construction of campus culture to increase whole level of the work of Party Building in the institutions of higher learning continuously. |
