| 摘 要： | 在工厂化办学理念下,高等职业院校要加强与企业的深度合作,必须走校企文化融合之路。高等职业教育要从吸收企业文化中优秀的管理理念,多渠道培养高等职业院校学生的职业素养,提升教师的职业素养,同时企业也要吸取校园文化的精髓,发挥校企文化融合在校企合作人才培养中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | According to the concept of running a school in a factorial way higher vocational schools and colleges should take the way of school-enterprise cultural integration if they want to strengthen their deep cooperation with enterprises.Higher vocational education should try to take in the advanced managemental concepts in enterprise culture,cultivate student vocational quality taking advantage of various channels and improve teachers’ vocational quality.Meanwhile,enterprises should take in the essence of campus culture and give full play to the important role the school-enterprise cultural integration plays in talented people cultivation. |
